Blueberry Bliss Smoothie Recipe

1 cup frozen blueberries (immune-boosting, antioxidant & anti-viral)
½ of avocado
¼ teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of manuka honey or carob syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon of sheep or goat colostrum powder
1 scoop of your favourite protein powder ( we used Your Super Muscle Powder)
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of water



Add all ingredients to the smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
