Parkinson’s Disease

An estimated 7-10 million people worldwide are living with Parkinson's Disease, a progressive, degenerative neurological condition that affects the control of body movements. The symptoms can include tremors, changes in speech and gait, muscle rigidity, delayed or slow body movements which can cause difficulty in walking and gastrointestinal dysfunction.

It generally affects elderly people but about 4% of people diagnosed are under the age of 50. The emotional effect on an individual diagnosed with Parkinson’s can be as traumatic as the new physical symptoms which they have to learn to live with including an increased dependency on others to care for them.

Here at Neomed Institute we have a program which aims to slow down the progression of Parkinson’s Disease and help alleviate some of the debilitating symptoms to increase the individual's quality of life.

Our program includes cleansing of the digestive system to remove toxins and parasites and work on restoring a healthy microbiome which directly affects the nervous system. We use state of the art physiotherapy techniques and modalities to help improve the control of body movement. Multipass Ozone therapy, Papimi and Advanced TMS is also included in our program along with daily nutritional infusions. As in all of our programs we believe an important part of healing includes addressing one's emotional wellbeing so wellness coaching and psychotherapy sessions are also part of this holistic program.

Our Parkinson’s Disease program is unique and includes a wide range of therapies and treatments which are tailored to each individuals needs and symptoms. We encourage you to contact us for a free video or telephone consultation to discuss your current condition so that we can then send you a comprehensive plan personalised to your needs.
